Delete your MyGol Supporter App account

You can permanently delete your MyGol Supporter App account and its associated data. Choose the method below that fits your situation.

MyGol Supporter App is an application by TSM Group (Technology Sports Management, S.L.).

Method 1

Delete your account from the app

If you can access your account, you can delete it directly from the MyGol Supporter App.

  1. Open MyGol Supporter App logged into your account.
  2. Go to the tab bar located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the Settings icon.
  4. The app will display a list of settings and options.
  5. Select Delete my account, the last option in the list, shown in red.
  6. Follow the confirmation screens.
  7. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
  8. After final confirmation, your account and its associated data will be deleted.

Method 2

Can't access your account?

Use this option if you have uninstalled the app, forgotten your password, or cannot log in for another reason. You do not need to reinstall the app or restore access before submitting the request.

Send an account deletion request to support@mygolpro.com and our support team will help you delete the correct account.

Send the request from the same email address associated with your MyGol Supporter App account so we can identify the account to be deleted.

Once the account is identified, we will process the permanent deletion of the account and its associated data as soon as possible within a reasonable timeframe.

What happens to your data?

When you permanently delete your account, your MyGol Supporter App account and its associated data are also deleted. This includes your account information and records related to your activity, such as players, teams, competitions, organizations, and other similar entities you follow.
